Daily Duties at Luby's Cafeteria:
Putting dishes on dishes assembly line, setting down dirty dishes to be washed, cleaning, serving food, collecting and disposing of trash, stocking, doing laundry, folding silverware, assisting customers, filling glasses with ice-water, pouring ice into ice bins, arranging glasses for customers, washing dishes, arranging table displays, putting tartar sauce into tartar sauce containers, putting lids on tartar sauce containers, compacting trash, bussing tables, putting paper towels into paper towel dispensers, and putting toliet paper into toilet paper holders.
