Provided business direction and operational support to a Not-for-Profit agency comprised of 8 commercial sites (~106,900 sf), 23 residential sites (~ 55,800 sf) and ~ 500 employees. Managed daily compliance with all state- and/or insurance- driven environmental, health, safety, and security regulations. Managed a direct support staff of 3 and an indirect support staff of 32 individuals. Monitored all fleet vehicle related expenses, as well as select business operating expenses to ensure appropriate spending. Reviewed and analyzed metrics to determine accuracy, trends, and financial impact. Collaborated in the development of, as well as the effective implementation of strategic agency-wide purchasing programs intended to enhance operations/internal customer satisfaction, increase staff productivity, or provide cost savings and better management controls. Served as the primary purchasing interface/negotiator with select vendors involving Agency-wide participation.
