Daily Duties at Securitas Security Services:
Site Security Supervisor & Administrative Assistant • Work closely with 25+ Security Officers and staff to maintain optimal scheduling & process Security documents • Responsible for documentation of Kronos & ADP E-Times payroll weekly • Handle complaints, solve problems and respond to emergencies (24 hour on-call) • Train and counsel Security Officers • Write & document Incident Reports • Process S.A.P. Billing & order Pregis Plant supplies for 2 locations Hayward and Visalia, CA • Develop Absenteeism and points spreadsheets to document employee’s work • Attend training to update AED Certification, CPR & First Aid, gang and drug activity knowledge, CAL OSHA Safety Programs and assist in managerial duties • Provide bodyguard services to special guests including President George W. Bush, 2003
