Daily Duties at Garden State Land :
Responsible for complete operation and performance of Sales Office for new home construction builder. Directed the entire sales transaction: deposit receipt, land sale, site approvals, home design and contract negotiations with buyer’s attorneys. Interfaced directly with homeowners for interior and exterior selections of standards and upgrades. Reviewed blueprints with all subcontractors and placed materials orders. Developed and cultivated relationships with site managers, assuring a smooth transition between plans and actual construction, acting as liaison between subcontractors and the homeowner. Developed advertising and promotional materials specific to site location. Directly handled the resolution of all customer complaints and homeowner service calls.
