Sr. Project Manager, AMSG: 2008-2009 • Managing full life engineering cycle state-of-the-art HW/SW IC/RF design and test in a fast pace global environment, ensuring cost-effectiveness, correct scope, quality and customer satisfaction up to 20 projects simultaneously. Providing customers with project status and coordinating and preparing detailed reviews of customer contracts such as Work Breakdown Structure, Technical Specifications and Statement of Work (SOW) in ISO9001/AS9100. • Establishing product schedule and drive a world wide engineering team and global design centers towards successful completion of projects. Ensuring excellent technical performance on programs that are pushing the edge of science, while mitigating risks. Proactively resolving program execution issues; improving performance by including accurate, realistic program planning while keeping program team focused on customers’ objectives • Monitoring and leading projects progress and projects execution and facilitation cross division communications. Increasing development efficiency and driving products to market up to 20% faster. Negotiating effectively with key suppliers, analyzing the impact on the program, budget and anticipating customers’ needs.
