Daily Duties at Lcc:

Managed a team of global Field Service Engineers responsible for the deployment, upgrade, and installation of RF Engineering tools which supported the Cellular Design and Optimization for TDMA services in North America (GSM, IS-136, iDEN), GSM services in Europe, Middle East, Africia, and Asia/Pacific (EMEA/AP), and RDMA and CDMA services in Latin America. Enhanced Release Engineering process by integrating custom Solaris JumpStart scripting to facilitate more efficient customer product deployments. Demonstrated exceptional team leadership skills in mentoring the technical support group on system performance, systems, network, and database administration for efficient customer resolution. Expertly negotiate contracts with leading hardware and software suppliers and customers throughout North America, Europe, Asia/Pacific, and Latin America regions. Championed solutions spanning Informix, Solaris, NT, Samba, and other emerging technologies.
