Taking Catalogue/gift registry orders, answering customer service calls via phone and email, compiling information from the monitoring stats for the Order Entry and Customer Service staff. From this information and their attendance records I put together schedules, organized meetings and training classes, tracked statistics for performance reviews. Heavy vendor contact including organizing samples to be sent to customers, composed correspondence, (letters and email) and trained new hires for the department.
