Typed reports, letters and memorandums on MCI, IBM Personal Computer and IBM Compatible Computers and typewriter: used Office 97, WordPerfect 5.1 and Database IV software on computer; proofread and edited correspondence; answered telephones; screened telephone callers and visitors to the office; referred telephone calls to the correct office; maintained routine work; established and maintained files; processed time and attendance (T&As) for psychology unit, obtained supplies for office; used copier; made folders for social workers and psychologists from Record Office for psychological referrals and evaluation reports; took shorthand notes during meetings and transcribed them; made up and kept log forms for psychological referrals in order to keep track of them; acted as secretary for the Warden; learned Microsoft Windows and Office 97, and other duties as required; received outstanding yearly rating 1999; Lorton closed in 2001
