Launched internal recruitment employment service to support corporate staff. Collaborated with SVP’s, VP’s, and Directors to develop recruiting strategies. Consulted with management on identification of staffing needs; educated hiring managers on recruiting process and HR service role. Recruited, interviewed, evaluated, and presented mid-level to vice president candidates. • Led multi-site recruiting for client base of 1,000 corporate employees in Atlanta, Denver, Omaha, and New York. • Slashed external recruiting expenses by reducing requirement for outside agency and executive search firms by 100%. • Implemented online requisition process and played key contributing role on company-wide Resumix implementation team.
