Processed stock certificate transfers to shareholders and client. Recorded transaction accurately, and kept clients informed about transaction. Reviewed financial periodicals, stock and bond reports, business publications and other material in order to identify potential investments for clients. Utilized the computer for tracking and making changes to shareholder and insurance account. Support manager with special projects, such as typing certificaticate shareholder lists. Assisted front office receptionist and customer service department with answer phones and shareholder relations. Coordinated daily operations including: data input, filing, typing, and maintaining office supplies.
