Daily Duties at Convergys:

AT&T U-verse technical support call center, (AT&T Customer Escalation Supervisor - ACES); interaction with consumers, in-field repair techs, dispatch center operators, Sales and Billing agents, and advanced support agents in efforts to resolve problem issues with restoring quality level of service for users. Follow-up calls to survey respondents. Provide direct support for floor agents needing help with troubleshooting on phone with member callers.
