• Business needs assessment and organizational strategies assistance to Board of Directors; strengthening governance policy, identifying financial diversification methods and the expansion of annual events. • Collaboration with Executive Director on defining programs such as volunteer, fund raising, grants procurement, educational co-ops with the University of Florida and identifying other areas of need. • Collaboration on an organizational restructure due to unexpected participant growth; the re-conceptualization of the board of directors to promote a working commitment as well as financial stability.
