• Created and an online HR/FIS training module that was selected and implemented in all Board of Regents’ institutions in South Dakota. • Designed and implemented integrated IT solutions through close collaboration with university leadership, analyzing current systems and engineering innovative and appropriate solutions. • Created new and supported existing applications; devised solutions by developing project specifications, project timelines, and estimating project costs. • Supported faculty who were involved in Distance Learning programs; conducted undergraduate classes in: MS Office, WebCT, WebCM, FrontPage, Pagemaker, Visio, Publisher, Scanning, and more. Skills required on a daily basis: WebCT Administration, Java, HTML, Unix/Solaris, Perl, SQL Database, Project Management, Cold Fusion, CSS/DHTML, XML, PHP, C++, ODBC.
