Daily Duties at F5 Networks:
• As F5 technical subject matter expert (SME), drove customer, market, and internal awareness of the breadth of F5's product capabilities and provided overall F5 thought leadership. • Worked on team identifying and marketing F5’s entry into cloud computing (virtualization) and new social networking paradigms (blogs, etc). Evaluated current SaaS products. • Authored seven F5 Networks white papers (published), and key product content such as technical briefs, reference architectures, and PowerPoint presentations for world-wide sales operations. • Created a Business Intelligence (BI) process that identified strengths and weaknesses in marketing literature, ultimately helping to close three multi-million dollar contracts. • Improved Technical Marketing by establishing a comprehensive publishing life-cycle web management process, reducing process time by 3+ weeks. • Reviewed various technical content to maintain F5 credibility; utilized technical knowledge and skills as a technical product advocate.
