At&T/Sbc Work Values

Daily Duties at At&T/Sbc:

I am currently retired after thirty years, with benefits, from the current AT&T phone company. I spent eight years installing and repairing telephone systems. That was followed by four years of working carrier systems in a major hub office of Chicago and building light guide systems. My last eighteen years were spent building and maintaining telephone network systems. My experience was in 1E, 1A, 5ESS, DMS and Siemens switches. I have ten years of working nights, monitoring and maintaining electronic network systems for the entire city of Chicago. I would prefer to work nights.

You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
