Duties included reorganization of existing wine department procedures; optimization of billing procedures, and inventory control Designed and produced wine list layouts for restaurant establishments, as well as processing and organizing exclusive pre-orders of upcoming vintage releases Organization of company trade shows, scheduling vendor representatives, and receiving guest responses Designed and developed monthly wine newsletter geared to explain, in layman’s terms, the intricacies of wine appreciation, which contributed to an increase of sales by 20%
