Human Resources Manager (IT Federal Government Contractor) - Collaborated with management with the development of our performance management and appraisal process. - Supported management with bid/proposals along with business development goals and objectives. - Design and conduct new employee orientation and exit interview procedures, resulting in integration and transition of incoming and exiting employees. - Executed the full life-cycle technical recruiting process by composing position descriptions, performing Internet database searches, and interviewing candidates. - Advocate to top management on employee relations, performance, & compliance issues. - Develop a holistic understanding of our corporate identity.
