Daily Duties at Nov8ive Events & Designs, Llc:
Presently operate as an independent contractor with the City of Tuskegee, Utilities Board of Tuskegee, and Tuskegee Area Chamber of Commerce in the capacity of the Assistant Director of Marketing, Tourism, and Business Development. Responsible for creating and distributing all marketing materials, press releases, media schedules, and special promotions on behalf of the clients serviced under contracts. Organize and coordinate special events and activities from inception to completion (fundraisers, meetings, conferences, etc.).Cultivate marketing and event plans; develop budgets for each project and coordinate execution plans for all portions of the project. Provide clerical support and oversee all accounting, filing, word processing, and daily office activities
