Daily Duties at Fannie Mae:

My primary responsibilities encompass the project and program management of projects impacting applications used for tracking Mortgage-Backed Securities issued by Fannie Mae. These responsibilities span the full lifecycle of the development projects, from project initiation through implementation coordination, and follow a standard software development methodology (SDLC). Leading a blended team of up to 22 employees and staff-augment contractors, I am responsible for maintaining, budgeting and staffing the team. Proficient in the use of MS-Project, Visio, the MS-Office suite, ClearQuest, Remedy and Sharepoint.
