• Pulled deposit information from 75 bank accounts daily and managed accounts across Excel spreadsheets. • Created transactions for every deposit, bank charge and other banking activity in Great Plains Dynamics. • Swept funds from each individual account into AMFS bank. • Kept each separate bank account in balance and insured every transaction was recorded correctly in each client’s ledger. • Reconciled general ledger accounts and created journal entries. • Managed and executed Accounts Payable. • Created and maintained Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word documents extensively.
