Daily Duties at Ord Products:
Supervise department responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable as well as: maintain and reconcile all product inventories in on-site and several off-site warehouses across the country; managed sales commissions for a sales force covering all 50 states as well as some foreign markets; administered and monitored multi-million dollar co-op advertising budget; handled banking and reconciliation of three company bank accounts; created Excel spreadshets including but not limited to journal entries, payroll and 401k records;tracked and reported sales for all company sales regions including sales to major customers such as Lowe's, Ace Hardware, TruValue Hardware,TruValue Hardware, Home Depot and Fred Meyer. Played key roll in selecting and setting up Great Plains Dynamics computer program; processed daily input and closure of company-wide computer activity and provided a daily report of all activity to officers of company; processed company-wide end of month computer closing; maintained integrity of all information in mainframe computer; member of company management team
