Daily Duties at Mpower Communications, Inc.:
Provided traing and support for new wmployee's in the provisioning department, Interaction with various telecommunication vendors. Extensive LEX (SBC) ordering process knowledge. Completion of both small business and residential moves, adds changes and disconnects of resold service through SBC utilizing both LEX and handwritten orders. Followed orders through various stages, starting with initial customer contact through completion. I was able to effectively calm customers in stressful situations. Provived price quotes and tentative due dates for incomin customer calls. Opening trouble tickets and followed up on repair issues through both SBC and Qwest Comminications.
