Held increasing responsibilities during my progressive advancement, including the manufacture of all product, the operational support functions of engineering, maintenance, HR, procurement, material management) for a multi-division manufacturing operation (Ceramic glass, fabricated tempered glass, plastic injection molding). During the later part of my career at this company I had accountability for supporting six plant locations in three countries in the areas of process improvement, cost reduction, new equipment design and fabrication, new technology development and exchange, plant expansions, and technical consulting.
