Daily Duties at Lrh Book Compilations:
I was first hired as the Librarian to add to and enlarge the existing Library (I tripled it size while there). The position grew into Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and had the added duties of handling all finances and purchasing; handling the continued production and ethics of all the staff (approximately 10) by managing them by statistics which were kept on their production in graphical format. During my time there the statistics overal stay in a high range for the work actions. I also acted as editor and proofreader on books on the production line whenever needed.
