Daily Duties at Navajo County Planning And Zoning :
I was the Secretary for the Division Head. My job included doing the Division budgets, collecting of all fees and accounting them to Finance. I was also the recording Secretary for the Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment and Board of Appeals. This job entailed the printing of publications to newspapers, agendas and meeting packets. It also required me to contact all surrounding Property owners who were affected by the action asked for. I was instrumental in organizing a database that tracked permit issuance throughout the County.
