Daily Duties at Armour Financial :
Executive Asst - I was the Office Administrator and Executive Asst for a Stock Broker/Certified Financial Planner. My duties include weekly accounting of active accounts, purchasing stocks and doing order confirmations. I also do all client review scheduling, and help my boss with seminar presentations. I have good organizational skills, can type 80 wpm, and take dictation as well. I had great communication skills with our clients who range in ages from very young to elderly. I work well in a team environment or by myself. I am very people oriented and enjoy working with the public. Mr. Armour merged with another financial institution.
