Daily Duties at Rescue Rooter:

I supervised a dispatch and inside sales team of 6 people. I am responsible for monitoring daily procedures and implementing new procedures. I also take care of all consumer concerns from inside and outside of the company via the Management Concern Tool software assigned to me. I am responsible for attaining and maintaining acceptable floor coverage, I run reports for the General Manager pertaining to the daily activities of the technicians and dispatchers cancel rates and saved calls. I am responsible for all annual and semi annual reviews, coaching’s and all managerial duties as assigned to me by the General Manager.
