•Developed and managed project schedules and budgets on over sixteen on-line course production projects. • Supervised and directed course production team consisting of fifteen Instructional Designers, Multimedia Designers and Videographers. • Presented detailed project summaries to senior level management and conducted post production analysis to determine areas for process improvement. • Facilitated team building activities and post-production reviews and encouraged team member involvement in process improvement. • Developed quality standards, guiding principles and production benchmarks for production products.
