Daily Duties at Trinidad Benham Corp:
· Daily management of orders, logistics, production plus live analysis of over 200 accounts. · Assisted in coordination of plant production, transport, finance/credit and sales depts. to accommodate all assigned accounts. · Continual assessment of stock within the relevant commodity markets; prioritizing and foreseeing problematic accounts and establishing resolutions well in advance. · Responsible for researching associated charge-backs and deductions on accounts held, and reporting to upper Departmental and VP level management. · Completion of Time Management reports for all major accounts and utilizing results to form resolutions to missed or late orders. · Contributed to cross-training department members involving an additional 350+ accounts.
