· Managed a small team of junior admin and accounts staff for processing of all invoicing, billing, collections and payments. · Responsible for finalizing all financial and media submission reports for the corporate office. · Worked independently of the Head office, while still reporting to the CEO (in New York) and providing support to all national advertisers when needed. · “Point-of-contact” for all publication queries and authorized to create and implement new policies to deal with arising issues within the company.
