Post multiple payments to business accounts, received and processed national accounts checks from the home office, answered three line phone, managed up to five people daily, coordinated routes for the sales managers, coordinated daily deliveries for the local driver (“Hotshot driver”), collected on old debts from other business’, sorted mail, processed multiple daily reports, made daily bank runs, wrote accounts payable checks, coordinated any HR problems with home office for the branch, delivered batteries to close by dealers, assisted the branch manager in whatever needed, processed and received shipping orders for other branches as well as the warehouse, processed monthly reports, made new hire packets and made sure they were properly filled out and sent to the home office.
