Daily Duties at Undp/Micro Enterprise Development Project:
Supervised all aspects of computer operation for Micro-Enterprise Development Program of UNDP including purchasing of hardware/software, vendor negotiation, setup of computer systems and user training. Setup and managed databases supporting micro enterprises data in Nepal. Managed two system engineers supporting over 100 users • Designed, installed and administered Windows NT network, SQL Server, Remote Access Server, Internet Information Server and Intranet web site. • Developed a Management Information Systems implementation plan for monitoring and evaluating the project based on success metrics identified. • Managed a project to develop an application for micro entrepreneur training and evaluation. • Developed data model and physical design for the micro entrepreneur application database.
