Daily Duties at Pave:
Responsible for the Quarterly Meetings of Board of Directors and its Committees (dates/times/locations/catering, etc.) Served as Scholarship Coordinator & worked with Principals and school program coordinators; responsible for distribution of Scholarship funds. Implemented first Scholarship Program calendar detailing all paperwork, deadlines, and related items to insure timely/accurate program implementation. Accountable for entry of donation data into Fund EZ computer program. Work with Finance Manager to insure timely deposit of funds. Handled all special events (open houses, special meetings) and wrote copy for brochures, flyers. Responsible for transcription of minutes of all meetings. See resume for more details.
