· Performs all secretarial duties for the CEO, including word processing, minutes of meetings, expense reports, travel arrangements.· Recording Secretary for ULPA and LMF – organizes meetings (including the Annual Meeting), designs agenda, takes minutes, and handles follow-up correspondence. Performs related secretarial duties for all current standing committees.· Recording Secretary for ULPA and LMF – organizes meetings (including the Annual Meeting), designs agenda, takes minutes, and handles follow-up correspondence. Performs related secretarial duties for all current standing committees.Recording Secretary for the Foundation and ULPA Board, responsible for details of all meetings (scheduling, catering, locations, agenda, minutes, etc.) Handle all tasks associated with the office of Pres/CEO.
