Daily Duties at Global Crossing:
~ Performed the roles of I.T. liaison and developer to create internal web applications using ColdFusion with SQL Server 7 and Sybase databases. ~ Part of a large team that migrated Global Crossing, in its entirety, from cc:Mail to Netscape Communicator Suite (approximately 6500 employees across the country). Had responsibility for establishing the Intranet Web application (using ASP/VBScript for the user interface with a Sybase database back-end) to track employees training status on the new product and their scheduled migration. Coordinated with field technicians to visit customer desktop to install and setup new product, and worked directly with the team responsible for the Netscape directory as employees migrated to ensure smooth transitions and accurate information populated the enterprise LDAP directory.
