• Execute tactical sales strategies to identify, establish and supervise IT staffing & consulting clientele relationships • Self-generated 100% of accounts in current book of business; current book of business includes over 20 accounts. Identified over 150 client prospects in a competitive market place • Effectively examined, planned, and executed tactical sales strategies to land mid to large level clients with profit margins ranging from 25% of our candidates annual salary to 100% on our hourly bill rates for contractors • Generated top performing sales contract in the Philadelphia Regional area, including acquiring a 15 job requirement deal worth greater than $100,000 • Managed new client accounts consisting of acting as the liaison between our candidates and hiring managers, in addition to being responsible for presenting, explaining, and handling contracts and contract negotiations
