Daily Duties at Radisson Inn North:
I worked in all functions of the hotel front office, guest services, reservations supervisor, night auditor and front office manager. I received specialized training from Radisson University in Reservation management and various Front office functions. As front office manager I was involved with sales promotions, yield management, front office sales projections and record keeping, and hiring, training, motivation and evaluating front office staff. I was responsible for the hotel data base and supervised the reservation supervisor and the night auditors
