Daily Duties at Equity One:
Provided leadership and motivation to 16 mortgage staffers to achieve high levels of productivity and morale. Responsible for day-to-day management of assigned mortgage loan originators. Continually trained sales representatives in all phases of sales cycle and created sales tools: documentation, visual presentations, and testing materials to support training programs. Top producing Loan Officer for Equity One Direct sales in 2004.
