Daily Duties at Silver Hill Financial:
Responsible for marketing and communications for western region. Coordinated sales presentations, scheduling and staff coverage. Responsible for day-to-day management of assigned mortgage sales associates. Coordinated sales schedules, staff coverage, and tele marketing. Trained, sales staff in integrity sales presentation and follow-up. Organized, trained, retained and provided appropriate motivation and coaching for all loan officers. Planned territory coverage. Built high quality pipeline of loans attained through individual efforts as well as those of a growing team of professionals. Displayed excellent verbal and written communication skills and conveyed information to internal and external customers. Established sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for each sales representative. Continually trained sales representatives in all phases of sales cycle and created sales tools: documentation, visual presentations, and testing materials to support training programs.
