Daily Duties at Iron Mountain:
Challenged to revitalize this logistics and transportation operation experiencing poor service levels and customer satisfaction issues. Assumed leadership for a 24 hour operation to include staff of 80, a fleet of 60 trucks, all training, staffing, scheduling, safety, maintenance, budgeting and reporting.
