Daily Duties at Deloitte:
Effectively coordinated and monitored projects, assessed project requests, ensured that all information necessary for the successful completion of requests aligned with policies and brand standards, contacted client if additional information is required, estimated time required to complete each request, managed client expectations, negotiated deadlines. Also worked with Creative Services Supervisor to assign resources to projects based on skills and available time estimates, ensured clear communication of client requirements, reviewed project specifications and client expectations as necessary, monitored deadlines and ensured timely delivery, coordinated final production with appropriate copy/bind location, managed the transfer of documents, delivery of proofs, and delivery of final products. Built relationships with clients in all functions, at all levels, and assured effective delivery of service, served as a point of contact for clients regarding process, work requests, scheduling and issue reporting, worked closely with other DCS coordinators to share best practices and implement new procedures.
