Daily Duties at H Rworks:

Partner with the director of recruitment compliance to manage the HRWORKS compliance practice while simultaneously managing recruitment initiatives for federal contractors. Consulting contracts included many Fortune 500 companies and the Compliance Evaluation Process Included: o Review of candidate process flow, validation of recordkeeping and database search criteria and documentation. o Interview hiring mangers, recruiters, and third party staffing agencies in order to gain thorough insight to the recruiting process for recent hires. o Analyzed applicant data (Fisher’s Exact, 80% and 2 standard deviations) to determine possible opportunities for improvement. o Provided recommendations and strategized with client to address potential non-compliance with OFCCP regulations. o Developed and delivered training with regard to AAPs and recruiting in compliance with the OFCCP. Taleo System Administrator – Perform typical system maintenance, create new career portals, maintain user groups.
