Daily Duties at Matrix Resources:

o Managed MATRIX’s Direct Assist team who provided operational support for five vendor management clients (Peopleclick VMS) including invoice/billing support. o Build client relationships through creating/managing change requests, ad hoc reporting, client communications, post-production training and client forums. o Supported sales team by providing insight and data for responses to RFIs and RFPs and demos of current systems. o Responsible for execution of new VMS clients (Fieldglass) and/or VMS systems and upcoming call manager system.
