•Supervised operations staff responsible for the implementation of provider contract generation, including routing and inventory management of incoming contract transactions •Facilitated function meetings to communicate ongoing progress on projects and to encourage employee discussion and involvement on current issues •Served as a departmental key contact on cross functional work groups •Led cross functional subgroup focusing on the specific product implementation of an important new key contract for Medica, including maintaining the work plan and meeting agendas, encompassing communication of progress to the larger Medica work group •Led an intradepartmental meeting focused on process improvements, which resulted in establishing the necessary changes, along with building communication with that department •Reviewed as “Strong in leading and very much a team player; has a sense of humor and keeps things lively; gives praises when they are due; always makes sure deadlines are met and project is moving forward”
