Daily Duties at Uncle Julio's Corporation:

Administer the insurance/benefit programs (LOA, FMLA, Workers Comp, STD, LTD, Life). Prepared and maintain benefit files, resolved conflicts between insurance carriers and employee’s. Entered benefit deductions in payroll system/ADP Payforce System. Perform new enrollment, changes and terminations on insurance web site. Process monthly carrier billing for the benefit plans. Prepared Employee Benefit New Hire Packets. Perform Open Enrollment presentation in English and Spanish. Provide customer service to all employees. Perform Employee Relocation. Prepared and submit electronic data for the EEO1 and OSHA Reports. Perform Spanish translation for documents and telephone communication.
