Knowledge along with extended experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point. Wrote Policies and procedures for the Noah Reporting System. Prepared Power Point presentations, and guide books used in the training of bank associates. Complied Excel spreadsheets for various report volumes, which also assisted in promoting good client relations.
