Daily Duties at Home Delivery Link:
· Opened the Delivery Office each morning which consisted of logging into Citrix (database) and performing date entry to organize and correct last minute changes to customer accounts Levitz before printing the routes and customer information for the drivers. · Used MS Excel to update contractor information, run necessary reports and compress using WinZip before sending via email for corporate billing process · Interviewed potential contractors and owner/operators. · Accounts Payable using MS Excel to run reports necessary to complete contractor billing weekly for my office. · Performed data entry daily on MS Excel to keep track of each truck and drivers delivery statistics. · Performed data entry hourly into Citrix (Database containing our office’s and the clients account information for each customer) for scheduling and routing trucks · Used MS Excel to run weekly Operations Reports and report to the District Manager what changes I would make the next week according to the results. · Performed data entry to update customer account information and preferences in both my office’s database as well as Levitz database. · Performed data entry in Citrix to assign drivers routes · Determined and scheduled necessary office staff. · Supervised and performed dispatch and used Excel to provide hourly updates accordingly. · Ordered office supplies and uniforms via Excel spreadsheet. · With 3 months experience as a route, I took the complete responsibility of Managing that Account when each of 3 Account Managers left without notice and successfully turned the Account with Levitz Furniture into a tight running operation. I was then promoted to Account Manager
