Daily Duties at Vibrantcare Rehabilitation:
· Used STIX database to post payments from insurance companies and patients using data entry and 10-key by touch. · Used Excel to enter data and results of collection calls I made to patients and insurance companies. Performed data entry to correct and update patient information in STIX and RMT databases. · I was to keep up with daily correspondence from insurance companies as to why claims weren’t paid and request necessary information from the clinics via Excel spreadsheets. · Ran invoicing/billing process in STIX daily to complete primary and secondary billing (Physical and Occupational Therapy/ Urgent Care). · Took over complete billing process and responsibility of an entire PT/OT/Urgent Care Clinic after only 3 months of experience in Medical Billing .
