Daily Duties at Reynolds Industrial:
· Responsible for entering Accounts Payable invoice information into Excel report. · Responsible for entering Accounts Receivable payments received and file them accordingly. · I answer the (multi line) phone and take messages or help callers accordingly. · Check in and call to complete purchase orders · Pull product from warehouse for delivery. · Mail invoices to clients after they have been delivered. · Support Sales staffs with data entry, Internet research, call clients to confirm appointments and orders.
