Daily Duties at National Credit Services :

Serviced the Client relationship between AT&T Universal Card, Citibank, and Discover Card. Responsibilities included interviewing, hiring, training, developing, scheduling, and placement of staff within the departments. Unit Managers responsibilities also included monitoring salaries to revenue, calculating bonuses, creating and implementing monthly incentive plans, and creating an exciting /competitive work environment. Unit manager responsibilities in relation to our clients included execution of client policies, procedures, and work standards. Also, primary focus was to maintain a competitive rank, develop creative call strategies to increase margins and liquidation, prevent and handle customer/cardholders complaints to the client, and enforce the client contract
